Dressing Difficulty — Very Low
This dramatic accessory is effortless to wear. Simply pin it to the back of your garment before dressing, or have a friend secure it after your garment is on. Minimal effort, maximum impact — designed to make you feel spectacular without any fuss.

 

Own or Hire
Own ~ Each piece is made to order and will be sent from our Melb studio 6 weeks after purchase.

Hire ~ Our hire price is 30% lower than the own price + $100 refundable deposit (The deposit is already added to the price shown above, no surprise fees). You will be refunded $100 once the garment has been returned to us safely.

The break down - The own price is $600 so the Hire price = $420 + deposit $100 = $520.

Please place hire purchase at least 7 weeks before your event so that we have time to make your size incase we don't already have it in stock *email us if your event is sooner and we can check if we have your size in stock.

The hire period is 2.5 weeks from your received garment date.

What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

We offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase and full refunds within 7 days of purchase.

All tags must be intact with no damage to the product.

How does hiring work

~ We will send you your garment as soon as it is ready. Please note we may need to make your size from scratch as we don't hold stock of every style in every size. So please order 7 weeks out from your event.

~ All hire periods are 2.5 weeks. We know it is a crazy busy time, we don't want you stressing about you receiving and shipping your garment back in a tight time frame.

~ You do not need to dry clean the garment we will take care of that when it is returned.

~ Free Shipping.

~ Hire price is 30% less than the purchase price.

~ There is $100 deposit to be paid with all hires, this $100 will be refunded to you once we have received the garment back in acceptable condition.

~ The price shown as the hire fee for each product includes the deposit fee already and all shipping fees. No extra or surprise fees.

All you need to know step by step:

Step 1 - Choose size and select hire option for your chosen garment.

Step 2 - Check out and pay hire fee. There is no further payments or secret fees after you check out.

Step 3 - Let us know your event date in the notes of your purchase or email us.

Step 4 - We shall also contact you directly via email to confirm your event date.

Step 5 - We will send you the garment with enough time before your event so there is no stress about it arriving in time.

Step 6 - You will need to ship the garment back to us 2.5 weeks from the date you receive it. We shall send you a reminder email so don't worry.

We shall send you a prepaid return label in the box with your garment. Please do not loose this and use it to return the garment to us. Just pop the box in your closest post box or take to your local post office.

When will I get my order?

Ready To Wear Pieces

All ready to wear pieces will be dispatched within 5 working days from purchase.

Made To Order Pieces

All made to order pieces will be dispatched within 6 working weeks.

Delivery times vary depending on your location.

*If possible please order your garments 8 weeks prior to allow for shipping delays and so you can have time to style your outfits for your event without stressing.
