Return or Exchange Requirements

Return
If you change your mind about an item purchased, you are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of receipt should it meet the below requirements and is not amongst the list of non exchangeable or refundable items also found below.

Refunds will be processed in the same method as the original payment within 5 business days of receiving the return parcel. Notification will be sent to the nominated email address at the time of this transaction.

Exchange

If you change your mind about an item purchased, you are entitled to change the item within 14 days of receipt should it meet the below requirements and is not amongst the list of non exchangeable or refundable items also found below.

CIRRASUE offers exchanges and/or replacements that meet the required criteria for another size, colour or item; subject to product availability. These will be processed within 5 business days of being accepted and you will be notification of this transaction via your nominated email address. Should a refund be requested for the exchanged item, CIRRASUE is happy to process a refund, should it meet the Returns Policy requirements.

What you need to provide for an exchange or refund of purchase:

• Proof of purchase provided
• Tags attached and in original packaging
• Product in original condition, including unworn, unwashed and unscratched

Non exchangeable or refundable items: 

Custom Clothing & Accessories - We do not offer any exchanges or refunds.

Sale Items - We do not accept refunds or exchanges on all sale or promo code items.

Postage back to our office for all exchanges or refunds are to be paid by the customers. CIRRASUE will not be held accountable for any shipping charges or fees for products being send back to us.
