Complimentary Jewellery Cleaning

Free cleaning of original CIRRASUE jewellery comes as a complimentary service when CIRRASUE jewellery is bought. We want you to treasure and hold onto our pieces for a long time and some times they do need to be cleaned and shined which we are happy to help you out with. 

To redeem your complimentary jewellery cleaning service you will need to contact us via email and provide proof of your purchase with a receipt. 

Cleaning will take 1- 2 weeks to be done from the time that the package arrives at our office.

Although the cleaning service is free the shipping fees and charges if necessary will be charged to the customer.

This cleaning services applies to original CIRRASUE jewellery only.

Repairs

Repair services can be provided for custom 3D printed garment and jewellery some damaged items for a small fee to the items listed below:

Please contact us via email with proof of purchase and images of the damage. You may be required to answer and few questions about the item regarding it damage. The damage will be assessed by our team and evaluated if it is repairable. If it is repairable the cost of repair will be communicated and agreed by customer before repairs go ahead.

Repairs will take 3- 4 weeks to be done from the time that the package arrives at our office.
